- Download and Install latest Runtime from Microsoft:

2. Launcher NET.Framework Initialization Failed
Download NET.Framework and install to fix Launcher cannot run.

- Just need download and install NetFramework

3. How to fix the Game stuck in Loading screen?
- Search for Region in Windows button,
- Click Administrative and select Change system locale,
- Change to English (United States) and Restart your PC,

4. I have this error messages and cannot Start Game, why?

How to add DRAGON MU to Exclusion folder in Windows Defender?
- Go to Windows Security,
- Virus & threat protection,
- Virus & threat protection settings -> Manage settings,
- Scroll down for Exclusion -> Add or remove exclusions,
- Click Add an exclusion and browse for DRAGON MU folder,
- After added to Exclusion folder, re-extract Game Client again
If you using third-party Antivirus software can do the same in Allowed list
